INVESTIGATION SERVICES
The GSG team of Investigators have extensive experience in conducting investigations both within the public and private sectors including those determined as disciplinary investigations under Part 5 of the Western Australia (WA) Public Sector Management Act 1994.
By way of example, during the 2023 - 2024 period GSG Investigators conducted multiple investigations into matters that included serious sexual misconduct, fraud, abuse of office, corruption, misappropriation of assets, breaches of workplace conflicts of interest, electoral offences, behavioural breaches of workplace Codes of Conduct, bullying and harassment and other potential breaches of the WA Work Health and Safety Act 2020. Investigators also conducted three organisational reviews into workplace culture and made practical recommendations for improvement and the mitigation of risk.
GSG is an approved HR service provider under the WA Government Common Use Arrangement (CUA) and has a proven track record of providing quality investigations across a wide range of both State and Local Government entities. See Human Resource and Investigation Services CUAHRS2021
GSG investigators work collaboratively with customers and provide advice in respect to investigation frameworks, processes and techniques involved in dealing with the investigation including providing findings and /or recommendations as required that can assist with workplace and/or other workplace decisions i.e. grievance and sub-standard performance issues.
All GSG investigators are legally qualified and licensed under the provisions of Part 4 Security and Related Activities (Control) Act 1996 (WA).
