MINING and CONSTRUCTION SECURITY

Gold Security Group is a niche provider of security officer services. We have concentrated our efforts on servicing the mining sector for the provision of security officers. We recognise that the mining sector requires a higher calibre of security personnel and superior quality of service.

GENERAL SECURITY

Security Officers (SO's) deployed by GSG are an important on-site management tool, while at the same time relieving clients of the need to screen, recruit and monitor such staff.

Recruiting and managing SO's is a specialised task, for which GSG is highly trained, and conducts professionally.

SO's will be subjected to critical screening and extensive interview process prior to recruitment as well as ongoing evaluation for performance management and quality assurance purposes.

GSG will continually pursue best practice standards in offering this service.

Features of SO's, will incorporate:

• Extensive industry experience with nationally recognised qualifications
• Being correctly and currently licensed with Police including integrity and background checks
• Prior investigation and critical incident experience
• Independence, not influenced by community, political and internal issues

Prior to deployment GSG Security Officers undertake training in some of the following areas;

• Four Wheel Drive driver training
• Fire extinguisher training
• Safety training
• Conflict resolution
   

UNIVERSITY SECURITY

Gold Security Group is a provider of security officer services to various tertiary institutions. We have an excellent long term record in servicing universities for the provision of security officers. We recognise that the tertiary sector requires a specialised service including response to on-site alarms and access control.
