Criteria for Selection
Using the following criteria, please explain why this employee could be considered for Employee of the Month.
a. The nominee must have demonstrated outstanding performance,
b. The nominee must project sincere and considerate feeling toward management, staff, students, and visitors.
c. The nominee must have his or her supervisor's recommendation, which is completed after this form is submitted,
d. The nominee must enthusiastically support the core values of GSG.
