Skills Recognition


Many prospective training participants come with a variety of qualifications, work and life experiences. GSG's highly trained personnel consult with each of the candidates on an individual basis so as to identify the units of competency capable of being awarded under the principles of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Recognition of Current Competencies (RCC).

Participants gather evidence from a range of sources. Credits can then be awarded if the assessment judges that requirements have been met. It may be that a complete qualification can be achieved through RPL and or RCC. If not, the process facilitates the development of a customised learning plan to complete relevant courses.
