Training & Assessment

Training in these competencies is offered under the endorsed Training and Assessment Training Package TAA04. This training package is designed as a set of cross-industry competencies that are often drawn upon as electives for qualifications under other training packages. The qualification offered is the benchmark for all trainers.

This program is essentially to produce an employment qualification for anyone intending to deliver or assess any material contained in nationally endorsed training packages. It is largely a compliance requirement as set out in the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).

Any person, who regularly delivers training on or off the job, conducts assessments on or off the workplace, makes presentations or is involved with developing people, will benefit from this programme.

Courses of this nature are commonly sought by people in or aspiring to supervisory and management position(s) so as to enhance their current competencies or opportunities for promotion.
