Security Officers

Security Officers (SO's) provided by GSG are an important on-site management tool, while at the same time relieving clients of the need to screen, recruit and monitor such staff. Recruiting and managing SO's is a specialised task, for which GSG is highly trained, and conducts professionally.

SO's will be subjected to critical screening prior to recruitment as well as ongoing evaluation for performance management and quality assurance purposes.

GSG will continually pursue best practice standards in offering this service.

Features of SO's will incorporate:

• Extensive industry experience
• Being correctly and currently licensed with Police
• Prior investigation and critical incident experience
• Independent contractors not influenced by community, political and internal issues
