Contract Loss Prevention Managers

Loss Prevention Managers (LPM's) provided by Gold Security Group (International) Pty Ltd will be an important on-site management tool, while at the same time relieving clients of the need to screen, recruit and monitor such staff.

Recruiting and managing LPM's is a highly specialised task, for which GSG is highly trained for and conducts professionally.

LPM's will be subjected to critical screening prior to recruitment as well as ongoing evaluation for performance management and quality assurance purposes. GSG will continually pursue best practice standards in offering this service.

Features of LPM's will incorporate:

• Prior investigation and management experience
• Previous Police experience
• Being correctly and currently licensed with Police
• Independent contractors not influenced by community, political and internal issues
• Specific contracts including work programs and performance monitoring tailored to suit client and site specific requirements.
